Comic-Constant

Comic Con
If you're a girl planning on cosplaying at a comic book convention (namely SDCC), expect to get a lot of this. It's one of life's constants.

Transfoomers

Transfoomers
I had a dream that I was Skyping with Emmy Cicierega, who was drunk and going on-and-on about Transformers. I assure you she is not actually a drinker, but Dream Emmy knows what's best for comedic effect.

Super CookNight 2: Eat American

Super CookNight 2: Eat American
Our CookNight is hosting the second-ever SUPER COOKNIGHT on July 3, so I made this poster just for funsies. I made a poster for the first one, as well, which was titled "Gobbledown," as it was during the Thanksgiving holiday. Since this one is the weekend of Independence Day, it's dubbed "Eat American." BON APPETITE!

Doodie Patrol

I helped brand a pretend-militia club thingie! Sarah and her friends call lame guys "Doodies." It's an adorable take on a major problem in society. You know the type: Guys that walk around in overly graphic tees and popped collars and say "Bruh!" a lot. That are a bit too forward with the womenfolk. That love Jagerbombs. That basically exist to annoy non-doodies. They're typically "swole out" and "ready to hit it." You know.

But you may NOT know that there are other types of Doodies than just the Bruhs. Sleazy Rockers and Jackleg Yuppies also qualify. Amongst others. Just always be on the lookout for toolbags, amirite? Not really that hard to spot. Just look around!

So, to unite unDoodies under a common banner, I created this silly logo. I hope it helps Sarah, her friends and all women out there who are looking for strength in numbers! Clean up the streets!

Fight the good fight, Doodie Patrol.

PS - The female Doodie is known as a "Doodette."

LOST Mother's Day Card

Last night I drew this card for Mother's Day. My mom is a huge fan of LOST, so I think she'll get a kick out of it, hahaha. Featuring Hurley, whom everyone loves.

Here's a pic to show it more clearly:

It's always tradition that I draw my parents cards for their birthdays and for Father/Mother's Days. The last few time's I've been posting pics/vids of them to Facebook, hahaha.

Have a happy M-Day, everyone!

Goodbye, Old Friend.

I knew that this day would come. I've had the same reliable old Samsung phone since 2002. It was my first and only cell phone until now. Monday I decided it was time to get an iPhone. And that I did.

So, to honor Sammy's memory, I spent thirty minutes in silence drawing this little scene. I laid the phone to rest atop the image and took a picture with my iPhone. It shall be sent off into the blog and Twittersphere.

RIPhone.
"You were always near my side, day or night. No text will truly do your memory justice."
