A few weeks ago at Sketchgroup, Kody came up with this character called Flatterpus, would be ulta-suave and go around complimenting people. "That's a nice blouse."
Last week I had a brainflash when another character popped into my head. Vanitee, the self-absorbed manatee, would be the perfect compliment to the Flatterpus. Other characters would talk to her, and she'd just respond with "AREN'T I LOVELY TODAY?" or something along those lines.
I'm pretty sure I'll eventually get around to making a comic about these two. That'll be something!
They do make an interesting couple :)
